How the Anointing Flows

The diagram below is an illustration of how the anointing flows through human vessels to meet the needs of people.

  • The Oil Reservoir

The Holy Spirit is that Oil Reservoir. In the book of Galatians, Apostle Paul writes that the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  (Galatians 5:17)

The Holy Spirit wants to express Himself through you all the time but the flesh is that which clogs His intentions.

  • The gifts of the Holy Spirit

Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.  (Ephesians 4:8)

All born again believers in Christ Jesus have received gifts of the Holy Spirit. However, until you remove the clogs that hinder the manifestation of the Holy spirit your gifts will remain dormant.

  • The needs of people

In the diagram above I have shown how machines need oil to operate effectively. In the same way, people need your oil through your gifts to live soundly. E.G. people need to be healed to have sound life. Let the oil flow through your vessel beloved.

  • How to unclog

1. The blood of Jesus Christ is that unclogging detergent. Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.  (Hebrews 12:1)

Plead the blood of Christ over every situation of your life. Resist the devil with the Blood of Christ and he will flee away from you.

2. Love is the channel by which the power of the Holy Spirit flows. From the following verse we realize that the parts of body of Christ (you and me)  supplies to each other through love.

From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.  (Ephesians 4:16)

Lastly, Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.  (Proverbs 10:12)

Be Blessed.
